Refund policy

Returns 
As all of our products are printed on demand we can only accept refunds on manufacturing faults.

If you order a size/product by mistake and need to change your order you will need to contact us either via email or messenger (via our site) within 1 hour of your purchase so we can amend your order before it is sent to the print queue. If you contact us after 1 hour we cannot guarantee that we can amend the order in time (we will always do our best of course!)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with original swing ticket attached)

Please ensure you email sales@no19apparelco.com before returning to see if we can advise/help further on the issue.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer an exchange if you require a different size. Please email sales@no19apparelco.com and we will get back to you asap with our simple exchange process.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
